We provide Data Recovery services for Hard Disk Drives (HDDs). We operate on a No Fix No Fee basis.
Home On-Site Visits
We make home visits; generally though, repairs have to be done in our workshop but we provide a collection and delivery service.
We don't leave you to figure it all out. We install the PC system for you and provide you up to an hour's tuition on how to use your computer. We will also provide additional tuition as and when required by you.
Also, if you require a network we will install the necessary software and hardware and configure your systems. Installation of network and telephone cabling is contracted out to a local installer.
Supply & Installation of Software & Hardware Components
We provide software and hardware components at your request, generally as part of a system upgrade or repair.
PC Valeting
The PC valet includes a clean of the inside of the PC's chassis, including all heatsinks and fans to prevent overheating and component wear due to dust build-up and a clean of the PC's exterior, the monitor and keyboard.
